Processing your order can take up to 2-5 business days before items ship out.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for items to be delivered. We use a variety of carriers from USPS, UPS, FEDEX, & DHL. Please note some items will be shipping from overseas and will need extra time to arrive (hence giving us a 2 week window for delivery). We appreciate your patience & understanding.

As always we want you to LOVE your new purchases. Sometimes, unfortunately some items just don't work out- we get it. So we do offer an opportunity for exchange (as long as item is still available) or refund if an item is no longer available for repurchase.
Items may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receiving. All items must be sent back with the original packaging/labels/ect. & in new, unworn condition. A 20% restocking fee may be charged if all criterias are not included as stated above.
